🎯 Requirements

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring great talent. • Experience in healthcare/clinical recruitment, required • Experience recruiting master's level therapists, strongly preferred • Ability to quickly build authentic, trusting relationships with both internal stakeholders and candidates. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools. Cartwheel uses Greenhouse as our ATS, and Gem as our sourcing and reporting platform.
