Requirements

• Proven experience in HR analytics or similar data-focused roles. • Proficiency with tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or ServiceNow. • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, predictive analytics a plus. • Exceptional communication skills to present complex data clearly. • Familiarity with HR principles, practices, and a passion for driving positive change. • Experience in professional services is a bonus!
