• Work in our Caspar Clinic in an interdisciplinary team of therapists • Individually care for patients in various aftercare models using the Caspar App, chat, and phone • Create individual training plans based on patients' diagnoses, needs, and desires • Increase therapeutic adherence by motivating your patients • Contribute your creative ideas in patient care and help establish new structures and processes
🎯 Requirements
• Completed vocational training as a therapist (physiotherapist, sports scientist, sports therapist) • Professional experience as a therapist in orthopedics and at least one other field (e.g., neurology, cardiology, geriatrics, gynecology, pulmonology, oncology) • Affinity for digital media and their use in healthcare • Fluent in German and basic knowledge of English • Preferably additional experience in social work/social services
