📋 Description

• Lead a senior engineering team of 4 using Scrum. • Mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning. • Take responsibility for the technical direction of Caspar Health applications. • Develop new functionality and improve the Caspar Health platform. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve teamwork and knowledge exchange. • Refine and optimize development processes. • Contribute to best practices in code quality, test automation, and software architecture. • Support the development of team members and encourage knowledge sharing. • Introduce new technologies and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails. • Expert-level experience using Ruby on Rails in production environments. • Robust understanding of SQL and proficiency in PostgreSQL. • Proven track record working with AWS infrastructure. • Commitment to scalability, testability, and maintainability. • Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks like Cypress. • Experience with JavaScript frontend frameworks, ideally React. • Proactive, hands-on mentality with passion for continuous learning and innovation. • Strong teamwork and communication skills. • Solid command of English, both written and verbal. • Familiarity with AWS Cognito, Elemental MediaConvert and Lambda functions (preferred). • Experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes (preferred). • Experience with AI-driven approaches (preferred). • Experience with Golang, JavaScript, TypeScript, and IaC tools like Terraform (preferred).
