• As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire lifecycle of contracts with customers, vendors, and partners. • You will collaborate closely with legal, sales, and finance teams to ensure compliance, manage risks, and support the growth of our business through effective contract management. • A strong understanding of cloud service provider marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS agreements will be key to your success in this role.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, and legal or contract management qualifications are a plus, including JD, LLM, CCCM, CPCM, or paralegal certificate. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, with specific experience in SaaS offerings provided through cloud service provider marketplaces. • Proven track record of drafting and negotiating SaaS contracts, including nondisclosure agreements, order forms, extensions, and renewals. • Familiarity with contract management software and tools. • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced, global environment.
