Description
• Collect and analyze business and customer requirements • Interpret and analyze API documentation from cloud service providers and partners • Develop feature specifications based on API capabilities • Collaborate with engineers to implement integrations with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and other cloud marketplaces • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure offerings • Research and stay informed about cloud marketplace trends and best practices • Help design and oversee integrations between the company's CRM, billing systems, and core product platform • Collaborate with the Technical Writer to produce clear, concise documentation for various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners • Analyze system performance and propose optimizations • Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members • Present findings and recommendations to various stakeholders, including leadership.
Requirements
• Strong technical skills with the ability to interpret and build features based on API documentation • Familiarity with Cloud Service Providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure • Ideally, familiarity with Cloud Marketplaces • Experience in gathering business and customer requirements and translating them into product features • Ability to analyze external APIs and develop product requirements in collaboration with the product manager • Strong communication skills to effectively document and convey technical and business requirements • Problem-solving and analytical skills : Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance • Proficiency with technical documentation : Experience in writing clear and concise technical documentation for various stakeholders • Collaboration skills : Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams • Agile methodology experience : Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools, contributing to iterative product development.
