• At Cast & Crew, we’ve empowered creativity and supported the global entertainment industry for decades. • We are looking for a creative, technical, strategic, and analytical marketing professional to join the team as an Email Marketing Associate. • The Email Marketing Associate will report to Backstage’s Growth Lead. • In this role, you will work closely with the marketing, product, casting, engineering, and content teams. • You will be tasked with seasonal and one-off campaign orchestration, planning, and email marketing campaigns aimed at driving growth across our talent marketplaces (Backstage, Mandy, and StarNow).

Requirements

• 1+ year(s) of experience executing email marketing campaigns • Strong data analytics capabilities (prefer Excel and/or Google Sheets proficiency) • Strong marketing copywriting skills, presentation skills, and an eye for good, actionable design • Highly organized • Demonstrated history as a proactive problem solver • Experience using Google Analytics, Amplitude, Looker, or analogous platforms • Proficiency with HubSpot, Marketo, Klayvio or similar solutions • Passionate about growth marketing • Analytical mindset • Flexible and possess the ability to innovate, adapt, and learn • Outgoing, enthusiastic, and have strong presentation skills • Experience with Google Tag Manager • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and Javascript a plus!
