Requirements

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related discipline, emphasizing a strong theoretical and practical foundation • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions across cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), with a proven track record of successful project delivery • Proficient in designing, developing, delivering, and supporting AI services, ensuring they align with industry best practices and organizational goals • Demonstrated experience in creating and fine-tuning generative AI models using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, along with a strong understanding of techniques such as prompt engineering and model conditioning • Experience in developing AI and machine learning algorithms using programming languages such as Python, Java, or Golang, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness • Demonstrated experience in leveraging state-of-the-art techniques to optimize training and inference software, enhancing latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in AI operations • A strong passion for staying informed about the latest trends, research, and advancements in AI, with a commitment to judiciously applying novel techniques in production environments to maintain a competitive edge.
