Description

• Key role in ensuring financial health of projects • Timely and accurate reporting of revenue and costs • Partner with cross-functional teams for accurate invoicing and forecasting • Maintain analyses and metrics for reporting to management • Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Use creative techniques to solve problems • Address challenges raised by project teams, clients, and management • Report current project status to leadership • Identify issues related to contract amendments, values, or deliverables • Analyze operational project data for relevant financial metrics • Prepare and distribute monthly invoices and financial reporting packages

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or another related field • 2-4 years of relevant experience in operational/project finance role • Background in Clinical Research, specifically in Oncology is preferred. • Experience in invoicing, collections, and project analysis • Experience in revenue and cost recognition • Experience in project accounting • Skilled in entire MS Office Suite • Advanced in Excel • Ability to organize and present data in a meaningful way • Enhanced communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with cross-functional teams • Background in accounting preferred • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to manage priorities and workflow. • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities. • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. • Commitment to excellence and high standards. • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player. • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees. • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
