📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Part-Time Human Resources Business Partner • Up to 40 hours per month (10 hours per week) • Work with clients on benefits offerings and annual open enrollment. • Develop and administer performance improvement plans. • Conduct prompt, thorough and neutral workplace investigations regarding sexual harassment, age discrimination, or other Title VI protected areas covered in federal law or any applicable state law.
🎯 Requirements
• 10-15 years experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist or HR Business Partner • Strong employment law/compliance background • Current or recent experience applying California employment laws • Current HR Certification a plus • Bachelor’s or advanced degree preferred • Experience with payroll processing
