Description

• Establish and lead our frontend practice that will deliver all application interfaces that are consumer-facing for Self. • Collaborate with product management to ensure reliable delivery of user experiences to market. • Drive excellent Frontend Engineering documentation practices in coordination with Self’s documentation lead.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience building experiences on top of React and Redux • Strong proficiency in JavaScript w/experience in Node + TypeScript as added bonuses. • Experience working with teams that build RESTful APIs • Mastery of best practices around web standards, cross-browser compatibility (modern), and baseline accessibility. • Strong interest and experience w/CSS and skills building responsive applications across modern browsers and devices. • Repeated experience working cross-functionally and commonly acting as a doer more than a delegator. • Solid experience with fully-remote communication skills.
