• Provide technical customer support in German and English via phone and email • Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving log-in issues on HR software • Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure a positive client experience • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical cases
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in German (C1+) and English (B2+) • Currently located in Bulgaria (no relocation is provided) • Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively • Residence card in Bulgaria OR a EU member state passport
