• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat for Smart Lighting Devices • Assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, and general inquiries • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system
🎯 Requirements
