Description

• Lead and manage a team of SAP Integration Specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and ensure project success. • Develop and implement integration strategies and roadmaps that support business objectives, drive revenue growth, and ensure client satisfaction. • Design, configure, and implement SAP integration solutions using best practices and industry standards, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. • Implement quality assurance processes and methodologies to ensure the integrity and reliability of integration solutions. • Excel in complex integration project management, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. • Drive sales growth by actively identifying and pursuing new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding targets. • Collaborate with the team to share insights and strategies for success. • Act as a subject matter expert for SAP integration best practices, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design and hands-on project work of SAP Interface Solutions (SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI - SAP Cloud Process Integration, SAP backend integration/API) • Proven leadership and team/people management abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring direct reports, and conflict resolution. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and find effective solutions. • Extensive SAP expertise with proven project implementation and management experience. • Strong project management skills, proficient in tools and methodologies like Agile and Scrum. • Strong business and financial acumen with strategic thinking capabilities. • Ideally experience in selling projects. • Good knowledge with SAP interface development and basic programming skills in ABAP and/or JAVA. • Willing to take over responsibility and to make decisions. • Able to travel on a regular basis.
