Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 5 years managing call centers. β€’ The ability to type at 70 WPM. β€’ Perfect spoken English and Spanish. β€’ Incredible charisma. β€’ 5 Years Experience Being a hardcore Sales Assassin, must be a sales killer. β€’ Unreal Confidence. β€’ Proven track record of successfully leading and improving call center operations to achieve outstanding customer service. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure. β€’ Excellent organizational and time management skills. β€’ A deep understanding of call center software and technologies. β€’ Ability to motivate staff to exceed targets. β€’ Experience in setting, monitoring, and achieving sales and performance targets. β€’ Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
