Description
• The Compliance Specialist I will assist in maintaining and enhancing CCMR3’s compliance management program. • Ensure adherence to applicable regulations and standards across various business areas. • Required to have a solid understanding of consumer protection laws, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices. • Contribute to compliance initiatives, monitor regulatory changes, perform risk assessments, and support internal auditing and vendor management efforts.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, finance, or a related field preferred. • 1–3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field within collections or financial services. • In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, and CFPB requirements. • Experience in risk assessment, vendor management, and internal auditing or testing is strongly preferred. • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail. • Proficiency with technology, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. • High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the organization’s operations.
