Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment experience • Ability to manage the first hiring stages • Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels • Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems • Experience with various interview formats • Excellent relationship building and communication skills • Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field, or equivalent experience
