📋 Description

• CC Talent is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software. • Responsible for defining and implementing testing best practices, writing and executing automated and manual test cases. • Working closely with developers to maintain a culture of quality. • Test Plan Development – Independently create comprehensive test plans to ensure consistent testing coverage. • Test Case Design – Design exhaustive test cases, including edge cases and stress conditions. • Test Execution – Develop and maintain automated test suites for both front-end and back-end applications. • Perform manual and exploratory testing when automation is not feasible. • Defect Documentation – Provide detailed defect documentation to facilitate efficient debugging. • Collaboration with Development Teams – Maintain close communication with developers to resolve issues quickly. • Automated Testing – Develop and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, and UI testing. • Feedback Loop Maintenance – Monitor user feedback and error reports to continuously enhance software quality. • Continuous Learning – Stay updated with industry trends, testing methodologies, and tools, integrating new knowledge into testing strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JMeter. • Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end testing strategies. • Experience testing APIs and microservices (e.g., Postman, RestAssured, WireMock). • Understanding of performance testing, security testing, and exploratory testing techniques. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Experience working in agile teams and collaborating across functions. • Experience in testing B2C platforms. • Experience in load, performance & endurance testing. • Experience in security/compliance testing.
