• Lead large-scale hiring initiatives across multiple accounts, developing and executing efficient recruitment strategies to meet volume hiring goals. • Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of candidates. • Optimize the recruitment process to improve time-to-hire, enhance candidate experience, and ensure data accuracy in applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand recruitment needs, provide insights, and manage expectations on hiring timelines and outcomes. • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, providing regular updates to stakeholders. • Share recruitment best practices within the team and mentor junior recruiters, driving a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitive benchmarks to adapt strategies and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Minimum of 5+ years experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the BPO or outsourcing industry. • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale recruitment efforts across multiple roles and accounts, balancing speed and quality. • Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and act on recruitment metrics. • Highly organized, able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring efficiency and quality in recruitment processes. • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), Google Workspace, and communication tools like Slack.
