Description

• Full-time, remote position supporting financial aid and student accounts. • Troubleshoots account issues, aids students on payment options, and resolves financial concerns. • Engages with students and parents to provide excellent support in financial matters.

Requirements

• Desire to develop client relationships and provide excellent customer service with internal and external constituencies. • Ability to process multiple tasks and a wide variety of constituent issues. • Proficiency in a computer environment and able to handle confidential information with integrity. • A bachelor’s degree (preferred).
