📋 Description

• Seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise across the Salesforce platform • Expertise across key Salesforce pillars including CPQ, Billing, Revenue Cloud, Experience and Service • Lead architectural strategy, data contexts, solution & integration design, and platform stabilization • Define and implement scalable and extensible Salesforce architecture • Architect solutions that support subscription and usage-based billing, pricing flexibility, and payment integrations • Develop and maintain Salesforce technical architecture standards • Lead technical solution design in collaboration with various teams • Act as the technical design authority for Salesforce implementations • Optimize customer and partner portal solutions using Experience Cloud • Work closely with the Data Integration team for scalable integrations • Drive the adoption of low-code/no-code solutions • Design and implement API and middleware solutions • Oversee SFDC data modeling, governance, and migration strategies • Partner with leaders to eliminate technical debt • Participate in system audits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field • 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 5+ years as a Technical Architect • Expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Billing, Revenue Cloud, usage and subscription billing models • Experience with Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud is a plus • Hands-on knowledge of payment integrations and external Revenue recognition platforms • Strong skills in documentation including creating UML, UPN, process flows, architecture diagrams, data modeling and ERDs • Deep understanding and hands on experience of Salesforce architecture, Lightning, APEX, Flows, and declarative development • Hands-on experience with enterprise integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, etc.) • Proficient in Salesforce security, data modeling, and performance optimization • Experience with Salesforce DevOps, version control, and CI/CD tools (Copado / AutoRABIT / Harness) • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on technical debt reduction and platform stability • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and business teams
