Description

• Responsible for acquisition of new customers and CDMO projects • Oversee all commercial activities for designated customers • Achieve results aligned with agreed commercial KPIs and project milestones • Interact efficiently with customers and build strong relationships • Prepare commercial proposals and offers • Negotiate and close contracts • Drive marketing activities, and continuously analyze industry and customer landscape • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and projects

Requirements

• MSc. In Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology or related fields • 5+ years of work experience • Strong existing network in the pharmaceutical industry, including CDMO’s • Excellent negotiation and project management skills • Strong business acumen • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and manage multiple internal stakeholders. • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time • Fluency in English
