Description

• Stay updated with regulations related to our products • Interpret and communicate regulatory requirements to cross-functional teams • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines throughout the product lifecycle • Engage stakeholders, internally and externally to address any potential challenges • Manage the development of strategy, submission dossier and approval of products through NA government agencies • Respond to inquiries and requests for additional information from customers and cross functional colleagues including but not limited to product registration and compliance information • Manage necessary annual requirements from regulatory agencies • Key liaison and strategic business partner of the cross functional Home & Personal Care team

Requirements

• Strategic thinker • Excellent networking and communication skills • Ability to negotiate both internally and externally - often at higher levels • Naturally collaborative with a proven ability to partner and influence others at all levels of the organization • Ability to digest large, complex volumes of data and summarize for dissemination • Strong analytical, planning, and prioritization skills
