📋 Description

• UASI is seeking an experienced Coding Manager to join our team providing leadership to both staff and client relationships through the management of key project metrics, and project scope, ensuring quality deliverables and cultivating capabilities of our team. • Provide support, direction, and technical assistance to Client Supervisors and Coding staff. • Manage the staffing needs for clients through regular communication with Staffing Teams and clients. • Monitor the productivity, quality, and customer services levels within the Coding team to ensure client satisfaction is achieved. • Evaluate candidates and staff for openings and mentor staff providing guidance and opportunities for professional development. • Handle administrative duties including Supervisor schedules and time off and approval of timesheets and expense reports. • Provide mentoring and training to staff by sharing expertise related to project deliverables, client communication, project methodologies, analysis of data and trends, etc. all within a collaborative and supportive structure. • Ensure clarity and alignment with clients about UASI services/deliverables and manage client scope and expectations through regular communication meetings. • Lead client kick off meetings in accordance with the procedures identified in the project tool kit. • Collaborate with Sales Team to identify new opportunities and ensure client management strategies are executed. • Use critical thinking skills to assess client current state and goals, conduct operational assessment, and implement actions to meet project and client goals. • Be the subject matter expert to lead, monitor and evaluate project results for the client while balancing quality and profitability. • Collaborate with the CQR Team to ensure quality expectations are achieved and opportunities for development of staff are identified. • Lead project kick off meetings in accordance with the procedures identified in the project tool kit and ensure staff expertise is appropriate to achieve outcomes. • Monitor and manage client profit margin by monitoring key metrics including productivity, staff utilization, and managing “miscellaneous” non-attributable time. • Take responsibility for identifying solutions opportunities with clients. • Use expertise to identify new opportunities, collaborate with Sales/Account Management Team, and cultivate trusted relationships with our clients by using SME to demonstrate value. • Use expertise and project insight to partner with the Sales/Account Management team to create a strategy about solutions UASI could provide. • Leverages professional network and demonstrate expertise through market facing activities including professional organizations, speaking, or serving as a UASI Ambassador. • Comply with UASI’s policies regarding the use and disclosure of protected health information which includes accessing and using protected health information only to the extent necessary to fulfill the above-mentioned responsibilities. • Client and Staff Satisfaction • Revenue and margin attainment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred • Active credential from AHIMA or AAPC • Strong subject matter expertise specifically with Coding, Compliance, as well as knowledge in overall mid-revenue cycle operations with a demonstrated understanding of key industry trends/drivers. • Ability to understand the problem and articulate a solution in a simple, clear manner • Proven foundational consulting skills including analytical and critical thinking skills as well as written and verbal communication, client presence and presentation skills. • Strong project management skills with client management experience and business acumen.
