📋 Description

• The Managing Consulting Engineer makes innovative contributions to new solution/product design and implementation • Provides technical expertise in analyzing client’s requirements to develop IT services offerings • Supports complex engagements across multiple geographies • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI and machine learning infrastructure for clients • Work directly with enterprise clients to recommend best-fit architectures • Provide leadership in creating business cases, financial justification, and solution benefit content • Proactively address or escalate any budget issues identified during the project • Perform peer review of deliverables from other team members for technical content • Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and build solution roadmaps • Deploy and optimize cloud-based and on-premises AI infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related technical field • 7 years of IT Infrastructure experience, including 3 years of experience with large enterprise cross-brand projects, OR 11 years total Information Technology experience, to include 7 years of IT Infrastructure experience, including 3 years of experience with large enterprise cross-brand projects • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Proven organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and follow-up skills • Ability to manage and escalate technical issues to the appropriate vendor support team • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present technology recommendations to clients • Ability and willingness to travel as needed to other CDW locations or client sites • Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
