📋 Description
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure environments for Managed Services customers. • Provide implementation, upgrades, tuning, backups, restores, user management, and other technical support services. • Understand and deliver Managed Services offerings as outlined. • Clearly communicate problems and solutions to clients. • Participate and lead various client projects to improve technology infrastructures.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of Network Engineering experience, OR • 7 years total of engineering experience, including 3 years of Network engineering experience. • Hands-on experience with Cisco switches, routers and firewalls. • Professional experience to include customer service, requirements gathering, task execution, problem solving. • Professional experience in IT dealing with one or more infrastructure solutions supported by the Managed Services practice. • Ability to establish customer trust and confidence in the CDW Managed Services knowledge. • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
