• Proven track record working in Identity Access Management roles - you'll be working as a trusted advisor to the Governance and Compliance Manager, key stakeholders and the central point of contact for the wider business on all things IAM. • Excellent Communications skills - you'll be working with the wider security team to foster a culture of continuous security awareness and upskilling for all our colleagues across the business • Previous experience implementing, developing and maintaining IAM tools like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Saviynt or SailPoint • Ability to develop IAM strategies from discovery and requirement gathering through to deployment • Whilst this role is predominantly home based, you must be willing to travel to Durham and other UK sites as and when required
