Requirements

• Certified Reading Specialist with a proven track record in literacy instruction. • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken). • 5+ years of experience managing complex projects, preferably in education technology or AI. • Strong understanding of reading pedagogy, particularly for struggling readers and English learners. • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing remote projects. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to travel occasionally to the US and Mexico for meetings and pilot oversight. • Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with AI or education technology projects. • Experience working in multicultural and bilingual settings. • Background in instructional design or curriculum development is a plus.
