📋 Description
• Definition and execution of the product strategy for key parts of our on-page journey and loyalty technology, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. • Ownership of the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, with close collaboration across design, engineering, physical product, category management, marketing, and customer support. • Leadership of product discovery by identifying user pain points, analyzing market trends, and validating opportunities through rapid experimentation and continuous learning. • Setting and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, leveraging data to inform decision-making, and fostering a data-driven culture across teams.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of B2C product management experience, focusing on product discovery, execution, and driving impact on key metrics like conversion, retention, and brand consistency. • Proven ability to leverage data insights, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-impact product solutions based on user needs and business goals. • Fluency in English, German or French skills are considered a plus
