📋 Description

• Lead the design and oversee the architecture of our cloud-based infrastructure. • Drive automation across deployment and operations processes. • Create robust CI/CD pipelines. • Align infrastructure with business goals. • Ensure scalable, reliable, and secure systems. • Shape our DevOps strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 10+ years in software product development, with substantial experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure architecture. • Proven track record of mentoring and guiding teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment. • Deep hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., VPC, EC2, EKS, S3, IAM) with familiarity in other cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure. • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform. • Strong scripting skills in Python and BASH; comfortable with version control systems like Git. • Experience with configuration management and automation tools (e.g., Chef, Ansible, Puppet). • Expertise in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Spinnaker, ArgoCD, or Travis CI. • Knowledge of logging, telemetry, and observability solutions (e.g., ELK, Splunk, New Relic) as well as familiarity with Kafka and MongoDB. • Experience with enterprise monitoring systems and a solid understanding of security compliance standards (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR). • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to thrive in an Agile development environment and work collaboratively across globally distributed teams.
