Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on machine learning and applied AI. • Technical Expertise: Proficient in programming languages such as Python and R, and experienced with data science libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn. • Machine Learning Proficiency: Hands-on experience with generative AI models (e.g., transformers, GANs) and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. • Data Management: Strong skills in SQL and experience working with large-scale databases. • Statistical Knowledge: Solid understanding of statistical methods and their application in real-world scenarios. • Production Skills: Experience deploying and optimizing machine learning models in production environments, with attention to scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of distilling complex data into actionable insights. • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, valuing empathy and collaboration. • Self-Motivation: Demonstrated bias for action with the ability to drive projects independently. • Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and develop innovative solutions. • Educational Background: Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
