• Define and execute on our (social media) content strategy in collaboration with the founders and our marketing team. • Focus on social media content, and short and long-form content for our website. • Expand your knowledge of a high-growth SaaS startup and learn about several key areas of early-stage operations. • Work in a dynamic and supportive environment in close collaboration with the co-founders. • Stay on top of the latest B2B SaaS growth & GTM trends to inform our content strategy for social media and content marketing. • Support the founders in developing impactful content for short- and long-form formats. • Assist in managing social media accounts, including scheduling, publishing, and community engagement. • Consolidate performance reports for social media and content campaigns, highlighting actionable insights for improvement. • Collaborate on planning and executing content campaigns.
🎯 Requirements
• Enrolled as a student or have completed a degree in marketing, management, business informatics, or related subjects. • Gained first experiences in content creation for a software startup. • Strong creative skills in copywriting and visual content creation. • Proficiency in social media platforms (x / LinkedIn / Reddit / TikTok) and tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, or similar design tools). • Fast learner and quickly adapts to new areas. • Result-oriented and devoted to execution. • Can-do-attitude and enthusiastic about taking on new challenges. • Strongly self-motivated to learn and continuously strive to acquire knowledge for personal and professional reasons. • Enjoys working in a highly dynamic environment. • Highly skilled communicator with full-fledged proficiency in English. • Nice-to-have: Basic experience with AI content creation tools.
