📋 Description
• Own project controlling processes • Conduct profitability analysis and advise on improvements • Develop and implement department/company performance improvement projects • Oversee department cost control • Develop and maintain KPI and performance reporting systems • Prepare P&L budget and forecasting • Surprise business leaders with in-depth business analysis • Develop and maintain data models, forecasting and scenario analysis
🎯 Requirements
• Master's degree in Finance • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business control or similar role • SaaS industry experience • Experience PE-backed company is plus • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities • Helicopter view with strong execution and delivery • Ability to improve systems and processes across departments • Effective communicator with modern presentation skills • In-depth knowledge of project controlling and activity based costing • Proficient profitability analysis, financial analysis and business reporting • Experience with P&L budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis • Experience setting up KPI development and performance tracking • Tooling: Experience with Jedox or other forecasting and scenario analysis tooling performance Hubspot and Productive is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
