📋 Description

• Work remotely (with residency in Germany) or in our Berlin or Hamburg offices • Occasional on-site visits to clients in Germany, Europe, and worldwide • Share knowledge with colleagues through regular Share and Grow Sessions • Acquire and develop skills through education/certifications based on individual development plan • Define data models and create data architecture for analysis • Provide support to expand capabilities of Power Platform, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 • Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration • Identify areas for process improvement using Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint • Translate business-to-technology needs to enhance business value and performance • Participate in all phases of software development from analysis to deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Professional-level English communication skills • Functional German language skills or willingness to develop them • Presentation and communication skills, especially in explaining complex analytical concepts • Residency in Germany or willingness to relocate to Germany • 3 years of industry experience in building apps • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) • Relational databases and/or NoSQL knowledge • Interest in Microsoft technologies, Power Platform, and Azure cloud • Experience with Low/No code Apps • Experience in modeling data and creating reports in Power BI or administration of Microsoft 365/Azure • Knowledge of Microsoft Gateway for Power Platform • Competent technical knowledge to provide support to users • Experience in providing training to users
