• CENTEGIX® is the industry leader in wearable safety technology for healthcare, education, government, and commercial workplaces with over 600,000 badges in use. • The cloud-based CENTEGIX Safety Platform™ initiates the fastest response time for emergencies, from the everyday to the extreme. • Leaders in over 12,000 locations nationwide trust CENTEGIX's innovative safety solutions to empower and protect people (every day). • The Senior Software Test Automation Engineer at CENTEGIX is responsible for driving the automation strategy and ensuring the high quality of our safety technology solutions. • This role is essential in helping the company achieve its goal of delivering reliable, scalable, and efficient safety products by ensuring that our testing processes are both automated and aligned with the broader engineering and business objectives. • Spearhead the automation efforts across multiple platforms, ensuring the efficient delivery of automated testing solutions. • Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Cypress and other relevant tools for functional, regression, and performance testing. • Work closely with the development, product, and business teams to understand and meet testing requirements. • Identify potential risks early in the development process and proactively work to devise mitigation strategies. • Own the organizational knowledge for testing by creating documentation, guides, and conducting workshops to ensure consistency and share best practices across the team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software quality engineering or test automation in the technology industry • Proven track record of leading test automation efforts across multiple projects and platforms • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Selenium, Cypress) are a plus • Proficiency in automation frameworks and tools like Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python, or other programming languages used in test automation • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how to integrate automated tests into them • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments • Problem-solving abilities and a strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement • Ability to mentor and develop others while managing complex tasks efficiently • Comfortable working in an agile environment with flexible hours when necessary • Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and self-direction
