Description
• Responsible for cross-market cross-functional actuarial support for Centene Medicaid markets • Assess and communicate results for RFPs and new business opportunities • Involvement in almost every state with Medicaid managed care • Opportunity to interact with various stakeholders like Health Plan CFOs, Medicaid actuaries, and others
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience • 2+ years of actuarial experience • Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) (or equivalent international certification) • Medicaid experience preferred • Excel and PPT required • SAS/SQL a bonus • Strong technical skills, data manipulation, Excel model building, etc. • Project management skills • Experience explaining results to non-actuarial stakeholders
