• Design, develop, and build interview wizard functionality in the contract management system • Review and modify interviews for existing plans to ensure accurate contracts • Support multiple health plans on the contracting process and all system related issues • Provide training on system functionality and contracting process • Lead support calls with the health plans and its users • Administer user access and user roles in the application • Develop and manage ongoing processes and system enhancements • Enter applicable information and document builds within the contract management system • Assist with the design and build of the system functionality • Develop, format, and distribute reports to health plans using various tools • Audit health plan contracting and system build work as needed • Complies with all policies and standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience • 2+ years of contracting, healthcare operations, process management/improvement, data or systems analysis, or application support experience
