• Develop and oversee the strategy, content, and implementation of email, text, and direct mail. • Serve as a business partner and strategic consultant for other departments. • Collaborate with Member Services and IT in email and direct mail development. • Manage assigned staff and review content for engagement potential. • Involve in strategic decisions regarding campaign design with a Communications Analyst.
Requirements
• Degree in Journalism, Communications or English preferred. • 5+ years of communications experience. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with highest attention to detail and organization. • Experience with managing comprehensive communications campaigns, including email and SMS. • Experience with data management and analysis. • Direct mail experience a plus. • Salesforce, ExactTarget experience a plus. • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
