Description

• Develop and implement a media and reputational monitoring strategy to support Centene's mission • Support media strategies and public relations plans to promote awareness of Centene's policies • Ensure timely and efficient distribution of press clippings • Assist in analysis of news impacting the organization • Develop target media lists to increase awareness • Monitor media coverage data to measure marketing success • Maintain relationships with media partners • Develop materials to support media strategies and communication plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field • 1 to 3 years of media relations, public relations, or communications experience • Experience working in a managed care, insurance, or healthcare environment preferred • Public or media relations agency experience with monitoring tools is a plus • Outstanding communications skills (oral, written, and presentation) • Excellent organizational and planning skills; ability to work quickly under pressure, managing and prioritizing multiple assignments
