Description
• Act as a liaison between providers, the health plan, and Corporate • Conduct training, orientation, and coaching for performance improvement • Serve as primary contact for providers and assist with claim resolution • Investigate and communicate provider claim issues • Perform provider orientations and ongoing education
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience • 0-2 years of provider relations or contracting experience • Knowledge of health care, managed care, Medicare or Medicaid • Claims billing/coding knowledge preferred • Current state driver’s license
