Description

• Designs, developments, and deployments of the Payment Integrity and Accuracy architectural software systems • Defines system solutions based on user/client needs, cost, and required integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms • Researches, identifies, selects, and tests technology products required for solution delivery • Establishes, implements, and documents the technology integration or migration strategies • Leads application architecture vision for services using AWS serverless technology stacks with a core focus on security, resiliency, scalability, supportability, and performance • Defines requirements and architecture necessary to meet business objectives • Promotes, adopts, design, and implements event driven architecture with internal applications and third-party integrations • Responsible for taking proposed solutions through detailed security reviews and assessments to adhere to all CNC security policies and standards • Responsible for designing and documenting the detailed disaster recovery plan for all solutions – including the fully automated CI/CD deployment pipelines that adhere to CNC technology standards • Collaborates with product and engineering teams to design and build services that meet key product requirements • Delivers both high-level and detailed design for platform and product services • Authors clean, scalable, modular, secure, well-structured, and testable code as needed • Ensures deployed software is monitored for performance and reliability • Owns designed software/service components from ideation through delivery • Delivers and communicates architecture decisions, roadblocks, and timelines to stakeholders • Reviews system(s) code and provides feedback to engineering teams • Provides mentoring, coaching and skill development to engineering teams • Performs other duties as assigned • Complies with all policies and standards

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) • Requires 4 – 6 years of related experience • Technical Skills: Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) • Experience with Infrastructure As Code (IaC) • Experience with AWS Serverless and managed services (ex. Step-functions, Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, etc) • Experience with JSON and Python • Experience with Other: GitLab or similar CI/CD technologies • Experience with Other: documenting software architecture and building frameworks for development teams • Soft Skills: Intermediate - Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty • Intermediate - Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Intermediate - Ability to work independently • Intermediate - Demonstrated analytical skills • Intermediate - Demonstrated project management skills • Intermediate - Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure • Intermediate - Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision making skills • License/Certification: AWS Certified Solution Architect • Other AWS Certifications as applicable
