Description

• Lead project team and potentially support analysts on functional enterprise system implementations • Act as an advisor throughout the entire product development process • Drive assessment of customer requirements against baseline system offerings • Work with implementation team to recommend business process improvements • Perform system demonstrations to customer subject matter experts • Develop and maintain test plans, conduct system testing, and document results • Collaborate with business sponsors and program management to define and manage project scope • Gather and document workflow and business requirements • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, site visits, etc. • Use Casenet GUI software tools to design workflows, screens based on gathered business requirements • Lead client through functional, integration, and user acceptance testing processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS or related field or equivalent • Masters degree preferred • 8+ years of experience as a business analyst or consultant in health care, insurance, or regulated industry preferred
