Description

• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal and state requirements related to Medicare • Develop strategic relationships for public policy on managed care • Communicate with CMS for completion of requirements • Oversee compliance testing of Medicare and Medicaid products • Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and documentation • Develop and modify policies and procedures for compliance • Provide guidance on regulatory issues • Report risks in accordance with policies • Provide required training for employees and contractors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field • Master's Degree or Pre-Law Degree/Juris Doctor preferred • 7+ years Compliance experience, preferably in healthcare • 5+ years Medicare and/or Managed Care experience • 1+ years Overseeing implementation of contract requirements experience • 1+ years Interaction and communication with federal and state regulatory agencies preferred • 1+ years Medicare, CMS regulations, and software application tools preferred
