• Lead, write, edit, and participate in proposal/business development activities in IT and Health Plan Operations • Develop and maintain detailed repositories of reference materials • Analyze and interpret complex government requirements • Collaborate with product owners and technical SMEs • Present and effectively communicate technology concepts and RFP response approaches to senior leadership
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 4 – 6 years of related experience • Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill • Master's Degree in health related, IT related, communications related considered a plus • Experience with online collaborative and production platforms such as Smart Sheets, Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, OneDrive, Teams, Zoom/WebEx and Adobe tools • Experience with Request For Proposal • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle • Experience with Program Management; Project Management • Proposal writing experience supporting IT services, software development, and IT management
