Description

• Serve as the overarching leader responsible for driving provider performance and governance initiatives • Develop and execute strategies to optimize provider performance • Oversee Senior Director of Provider Governance in creating processes for market provider engagement teams • Ensure adoption of new corporate processes and standards • Lead efforts to monitor and improve provider performance across various metrics • Develop initiatives to address areas of improvement identified through governance processes • Foster collaboration among Vice Presidents of Provider Strategy • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure alignment of provider strategies with enterprise-wide goals • Cultivate relationships with key providers across multiple regions • Oversee initiatives to streamline administration and enhance provider satisfaction • Drive development of processes and tools for provider governance and performance management • Provide leadership and guidance to the Vice Presidents of Provider Strategy • Develop and mentor team members to drive performance and professional growth • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred • 10+ years in senior leadership roles within provider management, healthcare strategy, or governance • 5+ years managing a provider engagement team • In-depth knowledge of provider engagement, network management, performance improvement methodologies, and governance principles • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a dynamic environment
