Description

• Provides therapeutic interventions to promote personal growth and resiliency • Facilitates therapy sessions for a client or group of clients • Assists client in developing an individualized service plan • Monitors client progress in treatment and participates in service plan reviews • Conducts intake for client entering services • Conducts assessment and writes assessment summaries • Assists clients with making linkage with internal and external resources • Maintains appropriate contact with referral sources • Assists client in making discharge plans and provides follow up services

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in a human services related field • Experience providing mental health services preferred.
