📋 Description

• The EHR Solution Architect II (SA) provides fit design and architectural assurance of the EHR and related solutions to internal customers. • They work within project implementation and post implementation maintenance to support the customer, project team, vendor and other project stakeholders to ensure an EHR that delivers the expected end user benefits. • They develop and maintain strong relationships with operations teams to understand and meet the needs of the business resulting in solutions aligned with organizational goals. • The SA collaborates with other key technical, business and project management teams to optimize electronic health record information systems. • The primary goal of the SA is to lead the design team to evaluate business needs and render best fit technical solutions within the EHR and associated solutions to support Centerstone’s Mission, Vision, and Values of delivering care that changes people’s lives.

🎯 Requirements

• Education Level Bachelor's degree in related field. • Four years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree. • Seven or more years' experience in IT EHR roles including new software implementation and maintenance required. • Strong understanding of EHR system design, development, and implementation. • Demonstrable experience as a technical team member in healthcare EHR systems. • Experience in EHR implementations including planning, configuration, testing, and training. • Experience in healthcare operations, billing or related fields. • Strong understanding of relevant rules and regulations for healthcare operations. • Ability to translate operational needs into a technical solution and communicate technical changes to non-technical users. • Support the wider IT team in providing skills mentoring and education. • Manage multiple concurrent projects, priorities and solutions. • Work independently to create solutions.
