• Conduct quality assurance testing on AI content. • Identify errors and inconsistencies in content. • Provide feedback to content creators and LLM developers. • Create prompts and responses following guidelines. • Review and edit prompts and responses for accuracy and clarity. • Evaluate provided answers for correctness and helpfulness. • Report inconsistencies, errors, or biases. • Collaborate to improve team performance.
Requirements
• Experience in content writing in fields such as creative writing, journalism, blogging • Native speaker with exceptional language skills for one of the following locales: ITALIAN • Strong understanding of English and your target language’s grammar, syntax, semantics and locale specific nuances, slang, etc. • Familiarity with LLMs and NLP concepts and techniques is advantageous. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle nuances in language. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to understand client guidelines and requirements • Previous QA experience is a major plus • Background in Healthcare, Legal, Finance, Retail, Safety, Coding is plus
