Description

• Ensure quality and accuracy of content used to train AI systems. • Conduct thorough quality assurance testing. • Identify errors and inconsistencies, and provide feedback. • Create prompts and responses following the instructions and guidelines. • Review and edit prompts and responses provided for accuracy, relevance, and clarity. • Evaluate provided answers for correctness, helpfulness and harmlessness. • Identify and report any inconsistencies, errors, or biases. • Collaborate with PMs and Quality Managers to address issues and improve performance. • Provide feedback on quality issues to enhance accuracy. • Stay updated on advancements in LLMs and NLP techniques relevant to LLM prompt/response authoring. • Document observations and recommendations for further improvements. • Contribute ideas for optimizing overall performance.

Requirements

• Experience in content writing in fields such as creative writing, journalism, blogging • Native speaker with exceptional language skills for one of the following locales: French • Strong understanding of English and your target language’s grammar, syntax, semantics and locale specific nuances, slang, etc. • Familiarity with LLMs and NLP concepts and techniques is advantageous. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle nuances in language. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to understand client guidelines and requirements • Previous QA experience is a major plus • Background in Healthcare, Legal, Finance, Retail, Safety, Coding is plus
