📋 Description

• CentralReach is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Database Engineer to join our dynamic team. • Play a key part in developing and maintaining robust data models, ETL processes, and SQL Server solutions. • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance our data strategy. • Drive product development from feasibility to launch and ensure products are built to specifications. • Develop an efficient data operation with defined workflows, clear roles and accountabilities, and high-quality outputs. • Further define and evolve the overall data strategy, data governance, and data security of the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SQL Servers both on OLTP and data warehousing aspects • 10+ years of expert-level hands-on experience in data modeling, database performance tuning, data management, data architecture, data maintenance, data analytics, data flow optimization, data reporting, data science, and ETL processing • 10+ years of very strong experience in writing T-SQL in SQL Server database objects like stored procedures and triggers • 5+ Years of experience developing ETLs using SSIS any ETL tools • 5+ years of experience in creating and maintaining data models using any data model tools • 5+ Years of experience working with cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, Google) • 3+ Years of experience working with Qlik’s preferred • Must be open to obtaining working knowledge and performing basic tasks outside of traditional RDBMS such as NoSQL, Search (ElasticSearch), S3 storage, Analytics (Redshift), etc. • Outstanding organizational and communication skills and ability to balance multiple priorities • Deep understanding of project management principles and best practices
